Dr. Anne Aspler is a founding member of EVE, a binational initiative uniting survivors, professionals, and advocates to end private violence and its far-reaching consequences. EVE’s mission is to amplify the voices of those affected by domestic and sexual violence, dismantle stigma, and push for systemic change across healthcare, legal, and political institutions.

As an emergency physician and survivor, Dr. Anne brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to the table. Her work with EVE focuses on building trauma-informed systems of care, educating frontline responders, and creating safe spaces for survivors to be seen, heard, and believed.

Dr. Anne’s advocacy through EVE is grounded in a simple but radical belief: that silence sustains violence—and breaking that silence is the first step toward healing and justice.
